Baby quilt

I saw this cute quilt on a Facebook group,so I made my own version. It uses a charm pack and some plain fabric. I used a flannel on the back. It worked up quickly and made a nice gift for a baby boy .

The weekend is winding down. I did a little work on my quilt projects but the best thing for this weekend was that I finished this scarf. It was so much fun. I can't wait to start another.

Down in the Garden. block 3

I just finished block three! I really love working on this quilt by Leanne Beasley. It has piecing applique and stitchery. It just doesn't get much better than that. Now I need to do a couple blocks of the stonefields quilt and then it will be onto block 4

Down in the garden. Block 1

This is block 1 of Down in the Garden by Leanne Beasley. This quilt is so much fun to work on. The applique and embroidery do make it labor intensive and time consuming. But I am loving the results. Now on to block 3.
