down in the Garden Block 5

I just finished this block today. If I had to estimate the hours I worked on it, I would say 40-50. I started it may 27th. And I vowed I wouldn't do any other handwork till it was finished. This was my first try at working on only one thing. It was tough but so glad I accomplished what I set out to do. I have a few other small quilt blocks to get back to before I start block 6.

I'm trying to finish some quilts this year. These blocks were given to me and I applique do them. I finished them and hope to gift them as a baby quilt soon.
